Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using canvasbreachclaim.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Famous Legal Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site. Your continued use of the Site following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

canvasbreachclaim.com is owned and operated by Famous Legal Services, LLC ("FLS"), a California limited liability company. The Site provides information about the Canvas data breach and facilitates connections between individuals who may have been affected by the breach and law firms that are handling related class action lawsuits.

We may in the future offer settlement claim filing services. Any such services will be subject to additional terms presented at that time.

All information on this Site — including descriptions of the Canvas data breach, class action litigation, potential remedies, and settlement processes — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and must not be relied upon as such.

Eligibility

By submitting your information and authorizing its use as described in the Privacy Policy, you waive any claim that we shared your information in violation of your privacy rights, unless we materially deviated from the practices described in the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your submission.

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Submit another person's information without their authorization or your legal authority to do so
• Access the Site through automated means, including bots, scrapers, or scripts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Site's code or infrastructure

Third-Party Law Firms

This Site may connect you with one or more law firms that are handling Canvas data breach class action lawsuits. Please understand the following regarding those referrals:

• We do not endorse or guarantee any law firm. We make no representations about the quality, competence, or outcomes achieved by any law firm we connect you with.
• Independent relationship. Your relationship with any law firm is entirely independent of your use of this Site. Any engagement, representation agreement, fees, and expected outcomes are solely between you and the law firm.
• Fees and terms. Attorney fees, contingency arrangements, costs, and all other terms of legal representation are determined solely by the law firm and are subject to separate engagement agreements between you and that firm.
• Referral compensation. Famous Legal Services, LLC may receive compensation from law firms in exchange for qualified lead referrals. This compensation does not affect the cost of any legal services to you, and you will not be charged by us for connecting you with a law firm.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAMOUS LEGAL SERVICES, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM.

• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 13 below, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, you and Famous Legal Services, LLC agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their applicable rules, and will take place in Los Angeles County, California.

Class Action Waiver: You and Famous Legal Services, LLC each agree that any arbitration or other proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action against Famous Legal Services, LLC arising from your use of this Site.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing leads@canvasbreachclaim.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first using the Site. Your opt-out request must include your full name and the email address used when submitting your information. If you opt out, the governing law and venue provisions above will apply to any dispute.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and arbitration provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or business operations. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
